Products are defined by categories, generic and brand names
Units of measurement of items are also indicated here
Notifications alerts are set to determine low and finished stock
Items expiry dates are added so that the system can throw nofications on products expiring soon
Unit Sales and purchase prices are recorded so as to help calculate gains and losses
Receipts are generated on each sales
Quantity of items decreases from inventory on each sales
Discounts, Vats are calculated if required
Unit Prices are multiplied by quantity to give the accurate Total prices
You can retrieve Sales records from a particular date to another eg from September 2023 to December 2023
You can view most sold items and least sold items from a particular date to another
